Parker’s Perfect Seeds


This recipe is for 1 1/2 cups of seeds….adjust accordingly if you have more.

  1. Remove seeds from the pumpkin(s). Place in a colander and rinse off all pumpkin goop. Lightly oil a baking sheet and place clean seeds on sheet, bake for 35 minutes at 200 degrees to dry them out slightly. Take out and transfer to a bowl. Add 1 tsp. of olive oil and 3 1/2 Tbsp of Parker’s. Toss until coated. Put seeds back on baking sheets and return to the oven for 2 1/2 hours, stirring every 1/2 hour. Cool and store in an airtight container or bag.
